Falero is our newest arrival at the Tchimpounga Chimpanzee Rehabilitation Center in the Republic of Congo. Like all the chimps at the sanctuary, he is the victim of either attempted poaching or wildlife trafficking. Chimps are dependent on their mothers for the first seven years or so of their life. But Falero was orphaned by age two.
Please donate to our species-saving work. Your gift will pay for caregivers and vets who work tirelessly to save sick and injured chimpanzees, buy food and medication for chimpanzees like Falero and contribute to community-led conservation to protect forests and great apes.
